Creator Body method Experience

Reconnect to yourself

You don’t need another productivity hack or morning routine. You need a space where your body feels safe to land, your heart feels heard, and your truth can rise.

This is for you if

→ You've done the mental work — therapy, journaling, self-help — and still feel stuck somewhere deeper

→ You feel capable on paper, but disconnected from your own body

→ You're an artist, practitioner, or leader who senses your creative block isn't really about creativity

→ You're craving a felt experience, not another framework to think your way through

→ You're ready to let your body lead, even if you don't fully know what that means yet

The Five-Stage Arc

Open — Integrative Theraputic Massage

With that safety in place, we begin to soften what's been held — old protections and patterns the body has carried, sometimes for years, that quietly shape how you create and show up.

Settle — Meditation & Cranial Sacral

Before anything can open, your nervous system needs to feel safe. This stage slows everything down and lets your body arrive, fully, in the present moment.

Mobilize — Somatic Movement & Mayan Kankueb Dance

What was stored becomes available again. This is where the body starts to move — literally and creatively — and dormant energy comes back online.

Attune — Energy Work

Now we refine. You learn to listen closely to your body's signals and trust them as a real source of guidance, not background noise.

Integrate — Somatic Art Guidance

Everything weaves into daily life. This isn't a peak experience that fades by Monday — it's a new baseline you carry forward.

Creator Body Method

No matter which container you choose, the Creator Body Method always includes:

  • The full five-stage arc — Settle, Open, Mobilize, Attune, Integrate, guided in order.

  • Layered bodywork — Cranial Sacral Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, Myofascial Release, Mayan Kankueb, and Reiki, drawn on intuitively as your body calls for it

  • Creative integration — a closing practice (painting, journaling) to help what moved in the body find its way into expression

  • A pre-session intake — so the work can be shaped around what's actually present for you

  • Integration support afterward — a note or guidance to help what shifted continue to root

What changes between paths is only the pace and container it's held in.

Hi, I’m Mishelle. My work explores the connection between the body and creativity. I believe creativity isn't just something that happens in the mind — it lives in the body too. Our experiences shape patterns in our nervous system over time, and those patterns can either support or limit how we create, express ourselves, lead, and imagine new possibilities.
