To care for another body is to care for our own.

Building a Culture of Consious Touch

These offerings are designed for licensed and experienced professionals seeking to integrate conscious, trauma-informed touch into their existing work. These offerings support skill expansion, embodied awareness, and the creation of safer, more intentional touch-based experiences for clients, patients, and communities.

These trainings deepen somatic awareness, refine hands-on skills, and support nervous-system-centered care across clinical, wellness, and community settings. Programs may be offered as stand-alone professional development or customized for spas, clinics, wellness centers, healthcare organizations, and retreat environments.

Energy Work is also an accessible entry point for those curious about somatic practices or exploring a future path in touch-based professions.

Ideal For

Our Professional Trainings

Advanced somatic and conscious touch education for professionals in wellness, healthcare, and caregiving.

  • Touch of Relaxation is a gentle, nervous-system-centered course designed to support deep rest and regulation. Drawing from Swedish massage, craniosacral therapy, acupressure, meditation, and sensory techniques, this training teaches slow, attuned touch practices for clients experiencing insomnia, stress, trauma, or nervous system overwhelm. The focus is on creating safety, presence, and ease rather than intensity or correction.

  • Integrative Therapeutic Massage is a comprehensive, body-led approach that weaves together structural, somatic, and energetic techniques into a cohesive therapeutic experience. Drawing from Swedish massage, myofascial release, Thai-inspired movement, craniosacral work, and conscious touch, this course teaches practitioners how to listen to the body and respond with skill, presence, and adaptability.

Rather than following rigid protocols, practitioners learn to assess the nervous system, tissue quality, and client needs in real time—creating sessions that support pain relief, emotional regulation, and long-term integration. The course emphasizes embodied awareness, pressure modulation, and safe, trauma-informed application across a wide range of bodies and conditions.

  • This course introduces a Reiki-informed approach to energy work that integrates intuition, somatic awareness, and conscious presence. Practitioners learn to work with subtle energy as it moves through the body, using touch, awareness, and intention to support balance, regulation, and healing.

Training includes practices for opening and closing sacred space, cultivating intuitive perception, and maintaining energetic and spiritual hygiene before, during, and after sessions. Emphasis is placed on grounding, safety, consent, and attunement—ensuring that energetic work remains embodied, ethical, and supportive rather than dissociative.

Participants explore how energy can become held, disrupted, or stagnant through stress and trauma, and how gentle, intentional practices can support clearing, coherence, and integration. This course can be taken as a stand-alone offering or as a complement to bodywork, healthcare, and other somatic practices.

  • The Touch of Peace™ Method is a comprehensive, integrative approach to bodywork rooted in conscious touch, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence. This method invites practitioners to experience touch as a relational and holistic practice—one that recognizes the body, mind, and spirit as part of an interconnected whole.

Each session begins by gently settling the nervous system, creating the safety and stillness necessary for the body to become receptive, flexible, and open to change. From this grounded state, touch becomes a form of communication—allowing the body to receive new information about its innate capacity for balance, healing, and homeostasis.

The method weaves together practical and subtle dimensions of touch, including:

    • Conscious Touch — how to touch with presence, consent, and intention

    • Letting the hands hear — developing deep listening through touch

    • Fascia awareness and structural responsiveness

    • Nervous system regulation and the art of “seducing” the nervous system into safety

    • Pressure and flow — navigating intensity with attunement and adaptability

    • Pain and pleasure as informative sensations, not goals

    • Energy work integrated through an embodied, grounded lens

    • Metta (loving-kindness) and an ACIM-informed perspective that emphasizes wholeness, compassion, and shared humanity

Rather than imposing technique, practitioners learn to listen—allowing touch to emerge from attunement, curiosity, and care. The Touch of Peace™ Method supports healing at the structural, emotional, energetic, and relational levels, offering a pathway for practitioners to facilitate deep integration while honoring the body’s innate wisdom.

Touch Of Peace Method

Our approach emphasizes seeing one another as part of a greater whole—an interconnected web of life. This perspective opens the door to the potential for profound healing and even miracles. Each session begins with an invitation to relax the nervous system, creating the safety and stillness needed for the body to become open, receptive, and flexible.

From this grounded state, the body can begin to receive new information about its innate capacity to return to its original, healthy form, home-ostasis .
