Self-awareness becomes the compass of oneness. The more we tune inward, the more we attune to the Tao, the way. Meditation clears the mind; movement frees the body. Together, they free us from patterns of misalignment. Like light through glass, the current of energy becomes visible in thought and form.

Our Classes & Workshops

Our classes and workshops create accessible spaces for embodied practice through movement, meditation, creative expression, and community-based touch. Offered publicly and through private or organizational group bookings, these sessions support nervous system regulation, connection, and everyday wellbeing.

  • Here we explore how vitality moves through the body and how it can be awakened through conscious, embodied movement. These practices are an invitation to experience movement as meditation—where breath, sensation, and awareness come together to cultivate presence, vitality, and connection.

Drawing from integrative yoga, somatic movement, Mayan Kankueb dance, and free-form exploration, each class supports nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and a deeper relationship with the body. Rather than striving for form or performance, the focus is on listening—allowing movement to arise organically and reconnect you with your body’s natural intelligence.

Practices are accessible, trauma-informed, and adaptable to all bodies and experience levels.

  • Meditation is a foundational practice in my personal life and one that has deeply shaped my mental health, perception, and relationship to the world. These classes are offered as accessible, supportive spaces for anyone—whether you are new to meditation or returning to deepen an existing practice.

Sessions draw from a range of contemplative and somatic traditions, supporting nervous system regulation, presence, and inner awareness. Participants are invited to explore what resonates most authentically, without pressure to perform or “quiet the mind.”

    Practices may include:

    • Yoga Nidra

    • Vipassana

    • Anapana

    • Metta (Loving-Kindness)

    • Somatic Meditation

  • These immersive workshops use movement, meditation, and art as tools for embodied exploration and creative release. Rather than focusing on artistic outcomes, the emphasis is on process—allowing creativity to emerge from sensation, intuition, and presence. Designed for all skill levels, these experiences support nervous system regulation, emotional expression, and deeper connection to self and community.

  • Massage therapy has existed for centuries across many cultures around the world. This healing practice has often been held by elders, and in some communities, it was a part of daily life—a shared tradition within families, monasteries, and tribes used to revitalize the body and strengthen the bonds between community members.

In this space, I aim to offer a variety of classes that teach community members how to develop touch sensitivity, massage, and bring presence and healing to their own bodies and to one another. These practices are intended to nurture unconditional, loving, and stronger connections between couples, families, and community healers.

A core part of this project is accessibility—bringing massage and healing practices to communities that are often excluded due to the high cost and the effects of centralization and colonization within the wellness industry.

    Important Note:
These classes do not certify participants to practice massage therapy professionally. Formal education, state-required hours, and national board exams are required to legally practice massage for payment.

Community groups, associations, organizations, and private groups can book these classes.

  • Metta practice invites our community to gather in circle with intentions of loving-kindness, through prayer, meditation, and open reflection on world peace. Prayer has long been a central instrument in spiritual traditions across cultures, as has meditation—and when shared in community with a common purpose, their power is magnified.

Our purpose in this practice is to cultivate peace—within ourselves, among each other, and for the world. Together, we reimagine what is possible when we lead with love, offering blessings of compassion, healing, and goodwill outward from our own hearts.

  • Through a rotating mix of classes—ranging from massage, and somatic practice, to energy work, prayer, metaphysical studies, and creative embodiment—we’ll open the body as a portal for healing, liberation, and transcendence.

    Some topics include:

    • Decolonizing the Body

    • Massage as Metta & Meditation

    • Energy & Mysticism

    • Somatic Alchemy & Nervous System Healing

    • The Body & Memory: Ancestors, Shapes, and Story

    • Prayer, Devotion, and Spiritual Embodiment

    • Creative and Transcendental Practices

Touch Of Peace Method

Our approach emphasizes seeing one another as part of a greater whole—an interconnected web of life. This perspective opens the door to the potential for profound healing and even miracles. Each session begins with an invitation to relax the nervous system, creating the safety and stillness needed for the body to become open, receptive, and flexible.

From this grounded state, the body can begin to receive new information about its innate capacity to return to its original, healthy form, home-ostasis .
